MSU Health Care Pharmacy to Open New Location
August 20, 2020
The new pharmacy, located on the first floor of the Eyde Building, will offer flexibility to provide more services to our patients with more than 1,000 extra square feet than the Clinical Center Pharmacy. The increased space allows for upgraded features and equipment that will provide the highest-quality services to our patients.
In addition to the extra 2,000 feet of linear product space for expanded over-the-counter products, the new pharmacy will offer free delivery within a 30-mile radius as well as curbside pick-up for medications. Our mobile app allows for patients to submit prescription refill requests, direct message with pharmacy staff and receive health news on their mobile device.
MSU Pharmacies offer 90-day prescription refills* and medication overrides for travel, semester breaks and emergency situations. Our SpartanPak feature offers pre-packaged medications labeled by dose and our prescription transfer services easily allows patients, faculty, staff, retirees and students to transfer medications to our pharmacy. Patients can also utilize SyncRx, which synchronizes all patients' prescriptions to be filled at the same time, so there's only one monthly or quarterly pick-up*.
Take advantage of our pneumonia, tetanus, shingles and flu vaccines available by appointment. Our extended weekend hours allow us to better serve our fellow Spartans.
